Educational Philosophy
My pedagogic philosophy centers on creating engaging, interactive, and technology-driven learning experiences. Regardless of age or circumstances, we must constantly strive to learn and develop, and I am committed to supporting others in their educational journey.
Personal Learning Philosophy
We should spend a portion of every week learning new things. I aspire to advocate and inspire those who wish to continue their learning. Learning should be an enjoyable and fulfilling experience that challenges us to think critically and creatively. Learning opens up new opportunities for further learning. By embracing a growth mindset and staying committed to our personal and professional development, we can achieve our goals and become the best version of ourselves.

Facilitation
Through facilitation, I can craft captivating content that inspires learners to explore beyond the ordinary while infusing my passion and creativity into every lesson.
Curriculum Development
I believe one of the most important and overlooked pieces of learning is visual appeal. My passion in education is to create content that is not just engaging and technology driven, but that is created with simplicity and consistency. Navigating through a course can be stressful for first time online learners, so I want to form a positive first impression.

Event & Program Development
I have experience in managing large events and programs, where attention to detail and engaging content are crucial. However, the most important and fun part is ensuring that the audience walks away with an incredible experience.
Leadership Development
I am passionate about unlocking the potential of individuals through leadership development and equipping them with the tools they need to succeed in the workforce and make a positive impact in the world. Witnessing the growth and success of my learners is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work.
Content Creation
Throughout my career, graphic design has been a passion that has driven me to achieve great things. I am particularly proud to serve as the Chief Editor of The Walter Magazine. The Walter inspires and informs donors, alumni, and employers about the amazing successes and experiences of the talented individuals who are in the various programs offered by the Walter Center.
