Creativity and innovation have always been my passions. My early exposure to designing furniture and replicas of antique cars in the woodshop with my dad ignited my love for design. 

In the last twenty years, I have shifted my focus to the world of design software and continuously expanded my knowledge and experience. I have created training and educational tools for developing future leaders in higher education and executive education settings. My decision to pursue a Master's degree in Instructional Technology was influenced by "The Power of Purpose" by Richard Leider. The book led me to merge my design skills with my passion for making a difference in leadership. It also helped me to assist others in finding their calling.
